Dear customers!

Due to the restrictive measures imposed on the territory of the Russian Federation and other countries, as well as the high workload of transport companies, it is possible to increase the delivery time of your orders.

Paid orders are processed and completed up to 7 business days from the date of payment on the website. Please note that during the sales period, the timing of picking and issuing orders may be increased.

Delivery in Russia 
Delivery is carried out after 100% payment of the order on the website.
The delivery time and cost depend on the region. When placing an order, the delivery price is calculated automatically.
Delivery is made by the CDEK transport company from 2 to 7 business days.
When placing an order on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, the shipment is carried out on the next business day;
Courier delivery in Russia and the CIS excludes the possibility of fitting and instant return of goods.*
Delivery in Moscow

Courier delivery in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road. The cost is 500 rubles, the period is 1-2 days. Delivery with fitting is possible (waiting up to 15 minutes) 
When buying in the amount of 50,000 rubles or more, delivery is free.
In case of cancellation of the order or part of it, the shipping cost is paid in full
Delivery in MO, St. Petersburg, to the regions of Russia 

The cost is calculated individually, check with the store managers.
Delivery is carried out by the logistics company to the door or the PVZ

International delivery (including CIS countries)
International delivery is carried out by DHL express courier service after 100% payment of the order on the website.
The delivery amount is calculated automatically when placing an order*;
The delivery time around the world can reach 5-14 business days;
Cargo is picked up only on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Please note that in some non-CIS countries there is no courier delivery service. A notification will be sent to your address notifying you of the arrival of the shipment in your name. In this case, the shipment must be picked up independently at the nearest post office in your city.

* The cost of delivery is calculated without taking into account the amount of taxes and duties of your country of residence. This means that your shipping costs may increase depending on the local tax system and customs clearance rules for purchases. Please request up-to-date information about monthly limits, duty amounts and rules for customs clearance of parcels yourself before placing an order.

The delivery time of the order may be extended by the courier service for reasons beyond our control.

After your order is processed and delivered to the courier service, you will receive a notification on your phone with a tracking number for tracking the shipment.
